   Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS): Four (4) years bachelor course completed from City Dental College (CDC) under University of Dhaka in June 2003.
   Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC): Completed from Anondo Mohon College, Mymensingh under Dhaka Board in year of 1994 with. 1st Division
   Secondary School Certificate (SSC); Completed from Mymensingh Zila School, Mymensingh under Dhaka Board in the year of 1992 with 1st Division.
  
  Current Position:
  
   Working as a Medical officer (Dental) in HCDP (Health Care Development Project) which is an Enterprise of DAB (Diabetic Association of Bangladesh) under Netherlands-Bangladesh joint cooperation at Rampura Health Care Center, 381/a West Rampura, Dhaka since 1st June 2006 to till.
  
  Post Graduate Training:
  
   One Year (1) Internship completed in June 2004 from City Dental College & Hospital (CDCH).
   Post Graduate Training (PGT): Six (6) months training done in Children Preventive & Community Dentistry from Jan-Jun 2005 under Banga Bandhu Sheik Mujib Medical University (BSMMU).
   Post Graduate Training (PGT): Six (6) months training done in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery from Jun-Dec 2005 under Banga Bandhu Sheik Mujib Medical University (BSMMU).
   Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR): One (1) month course done in the month of March 2006 from Dhaka Medical College & Hospital (DMCH).
  
  Experience:
  
   Worked as a Medical officer & Administrator in Conservative & Endodontics department at City Dental College from June 2004 to may2006 and during this period at the evening time Working was a consultant surgeon in a privet clinic name, The Dental Surgeon’s Ltd, 794, south shahjahanpur, Dhaka.
   During Internship period in the evening time I worked with variety Classes of rural people of many complicated disease like,( Apical Granuloma followed by Apisectomy, Impacted Molar followed by Surgical extraction, Broken or Grossly destructed tooth followed by Root Canal Treatment, Crown or Bridge work, Orthodontic treatment, Fracture case etc.) at Faith Dental Clinic, in kaligong, keranigang, Dhaka.
   I attended the 2nd National & 1st International conference on Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery held in 3rd -5th December at Dhaka.
   I also attended many of Dental Camp held in & around the country & abroad like Nepal & India.
