Canada is a country that believes in two things, merits and merits. Your qualifications need to entitle to legaly work in Canada with the given regulations. If you are a Medicine Doctor, you will have a hard (perhaps an extremely hard time) to validate your credentials.
The other thing that will for sure bug you with your first employment in Canada is that you will be taken advantage of by not having previous Canadian working experience. Said that, you may be offered a lower position than what you originally had in your home country, but with time and with your dedication you will make it!
