Work permit for U.S. citizen

• I am applying for a work permit for a U.S. citizen to work in Geneva, and have been relying on the Geneva website (http://www.ge.ch/) to understand the process. Unfortunately, there is missing information, incorrect details, etc, on the site. For example, it says I should use the "M1" form and provides a link to the forms page. But, there is NO "M1" form, only an "M2" form. I'm assuming that is the correct form to use, but I cannot verify this. Also, I am applying for his family to go with him. Do they use those same forms? I have a number of other questions, but if I can at least get an answer on the forms, it would be a big help!
