I´m a banker with 3 yrs work experience, speak a little German

• Hello! I am a banker who has 3 years of work experience in India. I have worked in almost all areas of retail banking. Although I speak German, I am not fluent. I am doing the language course and my teachers have given me the feedback that I pick up quite fast. I am fully confident that once I start working & talking more with people, I will be able to speak fluent German soon. Are there any chances for me in Deutschland? Anyone who has an idea, please let me know.
