  Hi my name is paul i am 22. i have a degree in business and hospitality from which i just garduated. i have certificates in the managment of food hygiene and an award in excelling in professional cookery. I have previously worked in a trainiee managment position in a leading 5 star dublin hotel. I have also managed a popular club bar and resteraunt which i just left so i can travel. I was in the Irish finial to represent Ireland at a world cocktail compitition and hold an intermediate certificate in WSET. previous work experience has also included security and my studies have left me with an indept knowledge of law, tourism and hospitality. I travel to crete this weekend with some friends and am looking for summer work. Ant offers would be greatly appriciated.
