• i am from hyderabad,
  my husband works in a MNC in UK
  he is working there since last year
  now i would like to go there with my child
  how can i get the dependent visa to go to UK

• dependant visa to UK-essentials

  To apply for a Dependant visa, you need your spouse's visa+passport copies, employment details(contract of employment, payslips), bank statements(from last 6 months..to prove that he can support you both) , address proofs and a tenancy agreement of the house he has rented.
  you might also need a signed letter from him stating that he is solely responsible for you and you would have no recourse to public funds.

  one other thing you need in addition to the documents i mentioned above:
  
  you also need proof of relationship (marriage certificate, birth certificate etc)
  
  this is all.
  As long as all these papers provide a satisfactory case, no reason why you should not get the visa.

  I am nadeera Sri Lankan citizen residing in Sri Lanka at present. My husband is a holder of Tier-1 post study work visa (extended from IGS under transitional arrangement). I would like to join my husband as a dependant. I am bit confused about the minimal balance requirement.
  *Is it 1600 pounds or 533 pounds in my case? My husband is residing in UK for more than 12 months.
  *Also I would like to know if it is 1600 pounds should my husband have an account balance of 1600 pounds for the last three months i.e every month a balance of 1600 GBP or above.
  *If I apply in December do I need six months statements? Is it also 1600 GBP?
  
  Please be good enough to advice me on the above issues and assist me in this regard.
