good english-speakign dentists for kids (in tokyo)

• ok. my family came with me to japan when i got transferred. my kids like the country and are doing well, but they hate, Hate, HATE the dentist (at home and here). Anyone know any dentists really good with young kids (6 and 4, both boys) in tokyo?

  There is a husband-wife team in Tokyo. Their office is called Drs. Kaku and they´re really popular with foreign families. They have a website I think... anyway both speak English and I think went to school in the US. Like I said a really popular choice.
