Query ( Please Help )

  I recently moved to Swiss ( Basel )from Czech Republic, basically from Kerala, India.
  
  Soon i will be getting married and would like to bring my wife here .
  
  I am working here in Basel , currently have got an L permit.
  
  Since i havent got any frnds yet from my country here in Swiss i was not able to get information what i am searching for.
  
  Could any one please help me out.
  
  1.With L permit can i apply for dependent VISA for my wife
  
  2. If yes will she be able to work here if she has enough qualification
  
  3. If she dont have the rights to work , then may i know what has to be done to allow her to work here
  
  4. I got work permit issued by swiss govt for 2 yrs and have an unlimited work contract from my employer, still i got only L permit valid for 1 year . I read in different forum that when i have a permit to work for more than one year then i should get B permit. May i know whats the process to apply for B permit
  
  5 .If she cant work, atleast can she do her higher studies
