visit or work visa in dubai

• hi, read alotta articles on tis site most of it had no connection to anythin... i am a girl and have another frend of mine we both were planning to go on a visit visa to dubai to look for jobs. we are graduates wit 3+ years of experience however i heard tat firms in dubai are not giving workpermits to single women would that be right and if any1 really if any1 can please please show sum light on this matter and also shed sum light on consultancy which recruit people frm india will be really really helpful. we both are hardworkin n have families we take care off as i am the bread winner in the family so please if sumone can help will be the biggest favour
