grandchild visa

• my father is residence visa holder, wl a monthly income of 10000dhm. can he sponsor my daughter who is 2 yrs old only? what will we do and what visa will we apply for her. and what is the age limit for visit visa for malelfemale? pls reply to [email removed] tanx.
