Work Permit

• Hi !
  
  I was in dubai on a Visit Visa till June end. I got a job offer from a firm there, have the offer letter too from that firm, since my job involved a lot of Travelling was requested to join with a Work Permit only. I was advised to go back to india so that company could process my work permit. I have submitted my attested certificates too.
  Initially, I was told it would take 10 days to get the same, now its more than 60 days, I have not got my visa yet.
  Last week I filled a form sent by the firm I was going to join work in dubai ( Work Permit Form)....
  When will I get my Visa...?
  Does it take this long to process a work permit visa when my certificates have already been attested by the UAE Embassy in India?
