Building regulations for habitation licence

• Please does anyone know about these regulations? In particular: 1) Does an electric cooker have to have a chimney (not just a cooker hood & extractor fan)? 2) Does an inside bread oven have to have doors between it and living parts of the house for fumes, even if the oven is not to be used (and could be blocked to make it unusable), and just kept for decorative reasons? 3) Does a small kitchen have to have a window, if it also has large French windows (double doors glazed from top to bottom).
