  Real estate in Switzerland, especially Zurich is extremly expensive, starting at around 250'000 CHF for a flat and going up to 1'500'000 for a small house.
  If you really wanna buy real estate, it would be a good idea to contact a swiss real estate agent.
  
  @previous poster: $8000, are you kidding? for this ammount you don't even get the pedestrian walk in front of your house, prices per square meter are up to 2500 CHF...
